2024-25 Registration Information

We are currently on waitlists in most grades.
Please fill out an interest form below to be placed on a
call-back list. We will be in contact with next steps should a spot open in your student's grade.
 

Registration Process

Registration is a multi-step process. All steps must be completed to finalize registration. Please keep in mind that placement in a class is dependent upon eligibility and availability.

Registration Information for New Families

Enrollment Requirements

Enrollment is not guaranteed and priority is not based on district of residence.

  • Registration is first come, first served and based upon availability in each grade.

  • Your student(s) may not be enrolled in any other publicly funded program while enrolled at Thrive Home School Academy.

Age Requirements:

Students in:

  • Kindergarten must be five (5) by October 1st.

  • 1st grade must be six (6) by October 1st

  • 2nd grade must be seven (7) by October 1st

  • 3rd grade must be eight (8) by October 1st

Students aged 19 must not turn 20 during the school year (Sept – May).

Pre-Registration

  1. Submit a Pre-Registration form. See the link above.

  2. Schedule a family interview.

  3. Upload copies of required documents as outlined below.

Registration

After the interview, Thrive will review previous school records, interview notes, and documentation to determine eligibility. If a student is deemed eligible, the parent will be notified by email and invited to complete the formal registration paperwork.

Required Documents

* The following documents are required at the time of registration.

  • Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, military ID, guardianship papers)

  • Immunization records or a certified medical or non-medical exemption: HERE

  • School records request (if applicable)
